My boyfriend and I never made pizza before and we decided to give it a shot. He made the dough from scratch and let it sit for a while in order for the yeast to do his business. After thinning the dough out as much as we can (because we love that thin crust shit), we each customized our own pizza.
His creation: cilantro sauce with onion, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, parsley, cheese, and asparagus.
My creation: indian masala curry sauce with onion, eggs, tofu, spinach, garlic, parsley, and tomatoes.
Both pizzas had a splash of ground black pepper, basil, oregano, and thyme.
After crispifying them in the oven for a good 20-25 minutes, they were indeed crunchy and delicious. I even felt healthy eating the pizzas since they were not drenched in oil and/or fat!
