Eggless, Butterless Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Balls

There was no egg and no butter used to make these and I used substitutes instead.
For every cup of butter, substitute it with 10 tablespoons of canola oil.
To be honest, these were not that great. It didn't turn out as expected. I don't think I would make them again.
My boyfriend likes them though! He gets to have all of them!

Chocolate Chip, Chip Cookies

This is my first time making chocolate chip, chip cookies from scratch! I thought they were going to turn out flat and soft, but they ended up puffy, crunchy on the inside, and soft on the inside! They were much bigger than I expected them to be which is even better.
The chocolate chips melted right in my mouth and it was yummy.
The next time I make these, I will include sliced almond pieces in here to add a bit of a nutty taste.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Goddamn! I said goddamn! The banana pieces and mini-chunks inside were yummy! I mashed most of the bananas and left a little bit unmashed completely so there would be chunks of bananas inside the muffins. I didn't use an electric hand mixer (I don't have one!) and this allowed me to leave a little bit of banana chunks at ease. It was moist and delicious on the inside.

The top part of the muffin is my favorite. It is crunchy, crispy, and flavorful. I think it is a bit too sweet for my taste, but other people may prefer it that way. It gave the muffins a little bit more of an oomph to it. The next time I make these muffins, I plan to add almonds or walnuts to them. At least some kind of nut! Just not cornuts!

Mocha Chocolate Chip Muffins

I love coffee and I love that chocolate shit. I'm a big fan of having breakfast daily so I decided to combine all three into one delicious, edible muff-muff. I was a bit scared the muffins might be too sweet. I tend to like my breakfast not on the too sweet side. When I took a bite into it, it was quite the not-too-sweet muffin I hoped for! Fuck yeah! The chocolate chips inside the muffins were baked to my likings. Whenever I took a bite into the muffin, the chocolate chips were mostly melted and gooey but there were still a little bit of solidity to them which made a mini crunch sound I enjoy a lot.

I was a bit disappointed that I did not taste the mocha too much. The next time I make these little muff-muffs, I will make sure to add more coffee than usual. I hope these muffins will be more mocha-y the next time I bite their yummIness off!

Chocolate Brownie Bites with Nutella and Graham Crackers

I've never made brownies from scratch before and this was my first attempt last night. I made a huge batter and decided to dedicate part of it to brownies bites and the other portion to the ushz brownies. It was a bit scary to share them with my friends since I wasn't sure if it will be good or not. After giving them away (eeeek!!), their responses astonished me.

Prepping took the shortest amount of time compared to the waiting time. After letting them cool on the wire rack for about 15-20 minutes, I applied Nutella on to the top to give them a bit more flavor. I decided to put some graham crackers into a zip-lock sandwich bag and smashed the shit out of them until they turned into mini-crumbs and used that as sprinkles for the brownie bites.

Cilantro and Masala Curry Sauce Pizzas

My boyfriend and I never made pizza before and we decided to give it a shot. He made the dough from scratch and let it sit for a while in order for the yeast to do his business. After thinning the dough out as much as we can (because we love that thin crust shit), we each customized our own pizza.

His creation: cilantro sauce with onion, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, parsley, cheese, and asparagus
My creation: indian masala curry sauce with onion, eggs, tofu, spinach, garlic, parsley, and tomatoes
Both pizzas had a splash of ground black pepper, basil, oregano, and thyme.

After crispifying them in the oven for a good 20-25 minutes, they were indeed crunchy and delicious. I even felt healthy eating the pizzas since they were not drenched in oil and/or fat!
